A freshly renovated apartment in a central area of Como, a few steps from the lake and the old town.
The gardens along the lake, with a playground for children, are a short walk away, and the old town, with its great restaurants and bars, is just 2 minutes on foot. Paid covered parking is available right in front of the entrance.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of them with a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with a smart TV.
The windows face both the street and a quiet inner courtyard. We installed new double-glazed windows to keep out the noise of the traffic; if you are sensitive to noise, please consider that one bedroom faces the street.

Lo Studio is in the centre of Como: the old town is 2 minutes away on foot, and the lakefront gardens are a short walk away. The best ways to reach us are by train or by car.
Milan Malpensa airport is about 50 minutes away by car
Como San Giovanni train station is 3 minutes away, and the ferries to the lake villages leave from the Como pier

Ingrid left the Netherlands for Italy right after her dentistry degree, following a dream that first led her to the hills of Tuscany and then, little by little, towards the lakes, from Varese to the shores of Garda. In the end it was Lake Como that won her heart: here she chose to stay, built her family and raised her daughters.
